Exchange and return of goods
In terms of the exchange and return of goods, LITTO LLC is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the general rules governing the activities of trade, regulated by Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Reasons and terms of return of the goods
1. In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer and within 7 days from the moment of its receipt, if there is a discrepancy between the nomenclature of the ordered and received goods or its poor quality.
The return of the product is not of proper quality is possible if its presentation is preserved (the packaging is preserved and the product tags are not cut off), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product.
In the event that the buyer ordered the "Fitting" service for courier delivery of goods, the return of the goods due to an inappropriate size or other reasons not related to the quality of the goods is possible ONLY directly during the fitting process to the courier who delivered this order. It is NOT possible to return the product in the following days for a reason that is not related to the quality of the product.
2. The consumer, in the event of finding defects in the product, if they were not specified by the seller, has the right to refuse to perform the contract of sale and demand a refund of the amount paid for the product.
The return of the product is made as follows:
1. You need to fill out a Refund Application.
In the application, please specify in detail the reasons for the return and note that the money for the goods (and in the case of improper quality, and the corresponding delivery cost) can be returned by the methods specified below.
2. Attach the payment receipt received from the courier or from the Russian Post office.
3. Attach a copy of the passport (its main page spread) to the return.
4.1 The refund can be made by a valuable parcel (the mode of transport is land) and sent by Russian Post. The package must include: the product, a product / cash receipt, a copy of the passport and a completed return application. DO NOT SEND cash on delivery or parcel returns!
4.2 The refund can be made through the Pony Express or CDEK courier service (the cost of return delivery is paid by the buyer). 5. You can insure your shipment by registering at the post office:
- form 107 Inventory of attachments;
- declare the value of the shipment.
This insurance protects you from the loss of the parcel and guarantees a refund for the goods. Please note that we do not refund the amount of the buyer's insurance costs.
6. In addition to the documents listed above, it is necessary to transfer the goods in full configuration.
7. Send the parcel by Russian Post to the address of Litto LLC.
Please note that the progress of any postal item can be tracked on the Russian Post website. To do this, you need to know the mail ID.
Consideration of your application and refund of funds is carried out within 10 banking/working days from the date of receipt of the refund package and all necessary documents (listed above) to the seller. Please keep the receipt of the shipment of the goods until you receive a notification that your refund has been received by the seller.
Refund of funds
1. If the consumer refuses the goods of proper quality, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer for the purchased goods, no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the seller, with the appropriate set of documents.
2.The amount paid by the buyer for the goods, except for the cost of returning the goods, is subject to refund. That is, the amount specified in the Invoice for the purchase of the goods will be refunded.
3. If the consumer refuses the goods of improper quality, the seller must, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection", return the amount of money paid by the consumer for the purchased goods, no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the seller, with the appropriate set of documents. At the request of the seller, the consumer must return the goods with defects.
Refund method
1. If you made a payment in cash or by bank card to the courier, then the refund is made by payment from the settlement account of LITTO LLC to the recipient's bank account. Please check with your bank exactly the bank details of your card!
2. If you made a payment with a bank card on our website through the ROBOCASSA system, then the refund is made to your account.
